We must reduce the quantity of products that we use. To help in the mission you could follow the rules of 3 R’s:
minimize the quantity of products that you buy; reuse and recycle the ones you already have.
there are products that could be used several times, instead of throwing them away, reuse them.
when you are going to discard products, place them in the proper recycling container.
